In direct support of its stevedoring activities, SOGENA provides warehousing space at the heart of French port zones and in Abidjan. Covered warehouses, open storage areas and bonded warehouses enable goods to be stored, sorted and prepared in secure conditions, in immediate proximity to the quays.

Covered warehousing
Our port warehouses accommodate general cargo, parcels, industrial components and products requiring protection from the elements. Facilities are equipped for reception, sorting, counting and shipment preparation.
Open storage areas
For robust goods, vehicles, construction materials or bulky equipment, SOGENA operates secure open storage areas within port zones, accessible by road and directly connected to unloading quays.
Bonded warehouses
Storage under customs bond allows the payment of duties and taxes to be deferred until goods are released into free circulation. SOGENA handles all bonded warehouse entry and exit formalities in direct coordination with its customs teams.
Stock management and traceability
Joint reception, weighing, counting, condition reporting, lot assembly: SOGENA provides full physical and documentary tracking of stored goods. Inbound and outbound flows are reported regularly to the principal.
Conditioning and value-added services
Strapping, wrapping, labelling, groupage, repackaging: our teams carry out all preparation operations required prior to delivery or loading, directly from our port warehouses.
