Shipowner representation
SOGENA acts as the shipowner's agent throughout the entire port call: declarations to maritime and customs authorities, coordination with the harbour master's office, handling of vessel entry and departure formalities in strict compliance with deadlines.
Port call management (husbandry)
Provisioning of ship's stores, coordination of bunker suppliers, organisation of urgent repairs, waste management in accordance with MARPOL regulations: SOGENA takes care of all the vessel's needs while at berth.
Crew assistance

Cargo consignment

P&I correspondence
In the event of damage, dispute or accident, SOGENA acts as P&I correspondent: joint surveys, bunker reports, assistance with expert assessments, coordination with P&I clubs and underwriters.
